Creative Dance Fitness by Kip

Come  and join us at our east London venue for Creative Dance Fitness - at  the vast but cozy 'bunker space', indoors at Loveshack LDN.

Creative  Dance Fitness is fresh off the back of a summer festival circuit and is  now returning to its home,  bringing people together to dance, wiggle,  and shake.

Inspired by an infectious playlist of eclectic world  music, we use a variety of games to let loose and get physically  creative, dance, and get a workout in. A physical warm-up is followed by  interactive games, freestyle dance, and a series of accessible  bodyweight exercises like squats and push-ups.

It is all finished off with some breathwork and meditation.
