About the event
Come and join us at our East London venue for an exploration into music, movement, and Neuroscience - at the vast but cozy Bunker Space, indoors at Loveshack LDN.
We'll loosen up with some expressive free movement, noisemaking, and dance before delving into some rhythm and harmony games that inspire creativity, focus, and transcendence.
These games will be threaded with fascinating insights on how our brains create order from chaos, and how musical movements can impact our lives in the outside world.
We will finish the workshop with an open sharing circle, drawing on the insights of the neuroscience we have been exploring.
