Psychedelic Speed-Friending (Members only)

Psychedelic  Speed-Friending is a night of sweet conversation, especially for our  Society members, where you can drop the small talk and ask the questions  you REALLY want to ask. We use the word ‘speed’ in the loosest possible  sense. Real connection can't be rushed and neither will we!

Taking inspiration from the 36 Questions to Intimacy,  this kind of platonic friend ‘dating’ gives you a menu of profound,  intriguing, and spicy questions designed to inspire authenticity and  deepen your connection with those around you.

You’ll be guided  through playful ice breakers, and into a series of 10 minute  conversations with strangers, in groups of 2's and 3's throughout the  evening and landing into a free flowing social of live music and  dancing.

You’ll leave here with new friends and inspiration for how to guide conversation into juicy and interesting territory.

The  night will be hosted by Gaia Harvey Jackson, co-director and member of  Dandelion, and facilitator of Intimacy and Transformation for The  Psychedelic Society.

We will be meeting at Love Shack,  a vegan restaurant and cocktail bar spread over three beautiful exposed  brick arches in the heart of Hackney, East London. A variety of  delicious food, drinks (including mushroom cacao!) will be available for  purchase.

We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 19:15 so we can begin on time and close the container for deep connection and  conversation. If you would like to enjoy some of Love Shack's  incredible food, please order and eat before or after the event. There will be a short break in the middle for you to grab drinks from the bar. We will finish at  21:30 after which there is a live music event taking place, which we're  welcome to join!
