Our talented chefs, Peter "Chippy" Grant and Bogdan Theo, have crafted a three course banquet showcasing innovative mushroom preparations and fire cooked dishes using foraged, seasonal ingredients. These were the folks behind the mushroom themed Equinox Woodland Banquet at Wasing featuring Paul Stamets.

As a special treat, spore spreading ethnomycologist Darren Le Baron will be in the shack to deliver his timely presentation "Mushroom Mysteries of Christmas," unveiling intriguing connections between fungi and festive traditions.
