Women's Circle ~ Greendom

A new monthly Women's Circle is opening in Love Shack. This is an invitation to get together and release our feminine energy in a safe, grounding and respectful space. The 2 hour gathering includes the following:

• Introductions

• Guided meditation

• Journaling (on a different topic every month) & sharing altogether

• Opening up about our joys/struggles (optional) After the gathering, we'll have lunch at 2pm at the incredible Love Shack restaurant. Lunch is not included in the price. A little bit about me: I am Berenice Mumbru. I  am a psychotherapist from Argentina, specialised in Cognitive  Behavioral Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and  Commitment Therapy. I am passionate about community building, climate justice and mental health. I've been facilitating monthly Women's Circles all 2023 and I can't wait to opening up this healing space to many more women.
